Ingredients
1 cup milk (use DF milk for DFO)
2 tbsp protein powder (plant protein or whey)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp almond/peanut butter
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
berries for topping
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients excluding the chai seeds to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into a container and fold in the chia seeds. Top with your choice of berries.
Step 3
Cover and store to the fridge to set overnight (around 6 hours).
