Ingredients
¼ cup frozen berries
1 banana
1 tbsp water (can substitute for milk)
2 raw eggs
1 scoop protein powder (I use vanilla plant protein, but can use whey for non DFO)
¾ cup protein yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender, making sure to add water/milk before eggs and protein powder to avoid sticking to the blender. Blend until smooth and combined. Add more water/milk if the consistency it too thick for your liking.
